Ang daming naghihintay o nag-aabang ng magiging komento ni Kris Aquino sa pagkaka-shutdown ng kanyang dating network, ang ABS-CBN na alam ng lahat na sa loob ng ilang taon, nawala na siya at hindi pa rin nakakabalik.
May nagtanong kay Kris kung bakit hindi raw nag-renew ang ABS-CBN ng franchise noong panahon na ang kapatid pa niya, ang dating Presidente na si Noynoy Aquino ang nakaupong presidente ng bansa.
Sinagot ni Kris ang tanong pero sinabi rin niya na kung hindi satisfied sa sagot niya ang netizen, malaya itong mag-tweet i mag-post sa Facebook ng Kuya niya at ipinaalala rito na hindi naman siya spokesperson nito.
Sey ni Kris, “Politely I shall answer as politely & factually as I am capable: I wasn’t a member of the NTC, an elected member of Congress, a part of what was then DOTC, and most importantly I was not privy to the inner workings & dealings of the highest level of management decisions of former home network.
“To refresh your memory, I haven’t been a contract star of ABS-CBN since the end of January, 2016– more than 4 years have passed… I am hopeful you will allow someone who has chosen to keep her silence, knowing that anything she says can be misinterpreted to suit the negativity agenda of those who wish to create more negativity, the peace she has fought hard to deserve.
“I want to share some of my blessings with other mothers and their families because I believe you EARN your VOICE and not just as senseless noise because you have genuine concern & compassion for others. In other words– you walk the talk. If my answer didn’t satisfy you, I suggest, i-tweet mo or post mo sa FB yung tanong mo sa kapatid ko, himself. After all, hindi nya ko spokesperson.”
Mga fan naiyak sa mensahe ni Alden
Parehong ulila na sa ina sina Alden Richards, Rodjun Cruz. Kaya nang mag-video greetings si Alden kahapon, Mother’s Day sa kanyang Instagram account sa mga nanay at sa kanyang sariling ina, mabilis na nag-comment si Rodjun na naka-relate.
Sabi ni Rodjun kay Alden, “Akap brother @aldenrichards02! Sobrang saya ng mga Mama natin sa Heaven. Siguradong engrande ang Mother’s Day celebration dun. Mag chikahan at sayawan sila dun hehe. Sobrang love nila tayo at proud na proud sila sa atin.”
Pagkatapos na batiin ni Alden ang mga nanay sa buong mundo. Sinabi niya kung gaano nga raw kasuwerte ang mga may nanay pa rin.
Aniya, “Sa mga may nanay pa rin, napaka-suwerte niyo. Say I love you to them, on this day, Mother’s Day.
“And to my Mom, wherever you are, I hope you’re proud of us, your kids. I love you so much. Walang araw na hindi kita na-miss. I love you, I love you so much, Ma.”
Ang ilang mga netizen naman ay na-touched at na-feel ang message nina Alden at Rodjun at naiyak daw sila.
