Indonesian publisher M&C! hinted at a license of Shinya Umemura, Ajichika, and Takumi Fukui's Shūmatsu no Walküre (Valkyrie of the End) manga last week.
The story begins when the gods call a convention to decide the whether to let humanity live or die, and settle on destroying humanity. But a lone valkyrie puts forward a suggestion to let the gods and humanity fight one last battle, as a last hope for humanity's continued survival. 13 gods will fight against 13 human champions in one-on-one battles to decide whether humanity lives or dies.
The manga launched in Tokuma Shoten's Comic Zenon magazine in November 2017. Tokuma Shoten published the manga's third compiled book volume on March 20. Umemura is writing the story, while Ajichika is drawing the art. Fukui is credited for composition.
Umemura also provides the story for the Chiruran: Shinsengumi Chinkon-ka (Chiruran: Shinsengumi Requiem) manga, with Eiji Hashimoto drawing the art. The duo launched the series in the inaugural issue of Comic Zenon magazine in 2010. They launched a comedy spinoff manga titled Chiruran Nibun no Ichi in the magazine in May 2016. The spinoff manga received an anime adaptation that premiered in January 2017.
