Gitinguha ni Senador Nancy Binay nga kinahanglan nga adunay tax incentives ang mga employer nga mokuha sa mga empleyado nga graduate o nakahuman sa Alternative Learning System (ALS).
Sa iyang Senate Bill 1046, gisugyot ni Binay ang paghatag og 10 percent nga diskwento sa taxable income sa mga employer subay sa gross salaries sa mga empleyado nga ALS learner o ALS graduate.
Ang ALS learner mao ang mga tinun-an nga mikuha sa literacy skills ug functional life skills o support services aron mougmad ang ilang partisipasyon sa ALS ug gisertipikahan s Department of Education (DepEd).
Ang ALS graduate, mao.ang mga tinun-an nga nakahuman sa programa sa ALS system ug adunay diploma.
“Given the laudable objectives of ALS and in order to hearten greater participation of the population in the ALS and ensure access to jobs of ALS learners, this Act extends tax incentives to employers who hire ALS learners and graduates from all over the country,” matud ni Binay.
Sa gisugyot nga balaodnon ni Binay nga “Alternative Learning System Learners and Graduates Incentives Act 2015,”, mahimong makadawat ang mga employers ug 10% nga gross salaries sa ALS learners ug ALS graduates.
Apan ang tax deductions dili molapas sa 10 percent sa employer’s taxable income.(Jessilito Campos)
