READ: ‘Bayanihan’ law granting Duterte more powers vs COVID-19 pandemic

MANILA- President Rodrigo Duterte signed on Tuesday signed a law that will give him additional powers to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The law, which also places the Philippines under a state of national emergency. Below is the full text of Republic Act No. 11469 or the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act:
