The rock band ZYYG announced on Monday that it is reuniting to perform once again, 20 years after the band broke up in 1999. The band opened a new website and Twitter account. The band is slated to perform at the Shimokitazawa ReG venue in Tokyo on July 14.

The band's 1995 song "Zettai ni Dare mo" was used as the second opening theme song for the Slam Dunk anime, and it ranked in the top 3 of Oricon's weekly singles chart.
Kōji Gotō, the band's guitarist, stated that the members are reuniting to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the band's formation.
The band consists of vocalist Seiki Takayama, guitarist Kōji Gotō, bassist Naoki Katō, and drummer Kenichi Fujimoto.
